Welcome to the Atelier d'Art H website. By using this website, booking workshops, or inquiring about artworks, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

​General Terms

  1. Scope: These terms apply to all users of the website and customers engaging with Atelier d'Art H for workshops or artwork inquiries.

  2. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to make a booking or purchase services.

  3. Website Content: All images, text, and content on this website are the property of Atelier d'Art H and may not be used without prior written permission.

  4. Artwork Sales: All artwork is sold on a "price on request" basis. Inquiries must be made directly through the provided contact channels.

  5. Workshop Bookings: Workshops are subject to availability and require payment in full to secure a spot.

  6. Amendments: Atelier d'Art H reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Policy & Reimbursement

Workshop Policy

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the workshop.

  2. Cancellation by Customer:

  3. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a full refund.

  4. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop.

  6. Cancellation by Atelier d'Art H: In the event that a workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  7. Missed Classes: No refunds or make-up sessions are offered for missed classes.

Artwork Policy

  8. Inquiries: All artwork inquiries are managed on a case-by-case basis. Pricing, shipping, and handling are discussed upon inquiry.

  9. Returns: Artworks are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. Customers must notify Atelier d'Art H within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a return.

Payment Policy

  1. We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway for processing online transactions. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to the following terms:

  2. Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

  3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

  4. Currency & Charges: All transactions are processed in AUD. Any additional fees from your bank or card provider are your responsibility.

  5. Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. If eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

  6. Fraud Prevention: Transactions may be subject to fraud verification by Stripe. We reserve the right to decline any transaction deemed suspicious or fraudulent.

  7. Secure Transactions: Your payment details are encrypted and handled securely via Stripe’s PCI-compliant system.
